Misuse includes: operating the product in a manner contrary to the instructions, disassembling and maintaining it without consulting the company, or causing it to break or damage as a result of incorrect handling.

If you lose your warranty certificate, you can:

  • Contact the real estate developer or sales broker to obtain a copy.

  • Or contact Nexura customer service directly if you purchased from the company.

Note that a warranty certificate is issued for each residential unit and delivered to the developer.
